About Michaela Lehuanani Larson, R(S)

Michaela feels that her work with real estate is one of kuleana, of responsibility. Michaela say’s “It’s about connecting people with the ‘āina, the land. When the right connection is made instinctively one will will nurture the land, keeping it beautiful and healthy. To me it’s that simple.”

Michaela has worked as a Hawaiian Studies teacher, and a Human Resources trainer for luxury resortson the Kohala Coast. She also established her own business, Island Images of Hawai‘i, providing entertainment for such notable clients as Bill Gates, Steven Spielberg, Dustin Hoffman, and Bob Hope, as well as Polynesian lū‘au shows, private island tours and concert tours across the U.S. and Japan.

Michaela is a strong believer in giving back. She has spent many volunteer hours riding as Island Princess or Pā‘ū Queen in Kamehameha Day Parades, working with youth in Mala‘ai, the Culinary Garden of Waimea Middle School, and fundraising for Hawai‘i Cerebral Palsy Foundation, Hawai‘i Island United Way, Visitor Industries Charity Walk, Hawai‘i Food Basket and many more.

Today, she works her real estate magic with Kohala Coast Properties, shares Hawaiian history and stories with guests on Body Glove cruises, and is owner operator of “Hawai‘i Untouched,” offering traditional Hawaiian weddings, blessings, celebration of life services, and counseling.

Much of her success she credits to her Ohana and the many great influences that she has meet along her journey, to a life of hard work learned early in life.
